[Update] Sound, Menus, and Asset Updates

Got tired of the google images I grabbed as placeholder assets, and started to work on what would look right as a theme. OpenGameArt and everyone who posts CC0 content are heroes.
+ Gameplay Update: Sound Effects. There's now a handler for each event type ( Which happens to only consist of a player getting hit, and an enemy getting hit, but yknow).
+ Gameplay Update: An Actual Win/Loss Screen.
+ Gameplay Update: A BGM Handler, for when the game is in it's Active combat, Victory, and Defeat states.
+ A Menu of sorts, where i'll be putting in features that aren't combat.
